Policy: Children: Please plan ahead for childcare. For safety concerns, we have a no children policy. Pictures: Pictures may be taken before, during and after your service. As the property of EVANA'S ESSENCE, and may be used for marketing and other training purposes. Guarantee policy: If you are disatisfied with the service provided to you, or feel like you have more fall out than usual you are eligible for a free lash fix within the first 3 days after your service was provided if lash technician can tell there was a problem on their behalf your lash technician is admissible to require visual proof and representation to be able to efficiently assist. Failure to provide evidence of issue will lead in requirements to book another appointment with full acknowledgment in proper lash care to prevent any further issues. I understand lash extensions are a personal service offered, and therefore nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with the serivce received, Please contact us immediately for resolution. Refund Policy: Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money, and care on our client and staff’s behalf. EVANA’S ESSENCE will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot after care dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on ANY services we have already executed. Every effort will be made to fill your spot. Rescheduled appointments after the 24 hour notice are subject to pay half of the total cost of service. A late cancelation or no-show will be charged 50% of the service cost.
